Today I bring you the recipe for this wonderful semifreddo that will make the whole family happy.

Ingredients:
1 strawberry pie purchased from Lidl
7 sheets of colorless gelatin
2 sachets of strawberry pudding
5 tablespoons of sugar
600ml of milk
200ml of cream
Strawberries qb

Preparation:
- Line the sides of a 24 cm diameter round cake tin with a removable bottom with a strip of baking paper.
- Cut the pie into slices and line the inside of the pan with them. Set aside.
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
- Combine the strawberry puddings, sugar and milk in a saucepan.
- Mix and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat, add the drained gelatin sheets, mix well and let cool a little.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Add them to the previous cream and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, using a ladle, and leave in the refrigerator until solid.
- Remove the cake from the fridge, carefully unmold it and decorate as desired with strawberries.
