Stuffed Gelatin Recipe

Ingredients:

For this recipe we will need 1 grape gelatin (or the flavor of your preference), and for the filling we will need 1 can of condensed milk, 1 packet of cream (200ml), 200 ml of milk with 1 dessert spoon of cornstarch or 200 ml of coconut milk, 1 unflavored gelatin dissolved.

Preparation:

  1. Blend the filling ingredients in a blender and place in a greased pan with a hole in the middle.
  2. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or until solid.
  3. Then, prepare some gelatin and place it on top of the cream and leave it in the fridge until it solidifies.
  4. And that's it! Just unmold and enjoy.
