To get away from the original, today I made this salami with white chocolate and it was delicious.

Ingredients:
200 g of Maria biscuits
175 g white cooking chocolate
100 gr of margarine
1 ovo
50 g ground almonds
Brandy or port wine to spray on the paper
Aluminum foil or parchment paper

Preparation:
- Break the Maria biscuit into small pieces and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate and margarine in a bain-marie.
- Once melted, remove from heat and add the biscuits and mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Finally add the egg and ground almonds and mix again until everything is well combined.
- Spray the greaseproof paper or aluminum foil with brandy or port wine, pour the mixture onto the paper and roll it up tightly.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
