White Chocolate Salami

To get away from the original, today I made this salami with white chocolate and it was delicious.

Ingredients:

200 g of Maria biscuits
175 g white cooking chocolate
100 gr of margarine
1 ovo
50 g ground almonds
Brandy or port wine to spray on the paper
Aluminum foil or parchment paper

Preparation:

  1. Break the Maria biscuit into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate and margarine in a bain-marie.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and add the biscuits and mix well with a wooden spoon.
  4. Finally add the egg and ground almonds and mix again until everything is well combined.
  5. Spray the greaseproof paper or aluminum foil with brandy or port wine, pour the mixture onto the paper and roll it up tightly.
  6. Refrigerate for a few hours.
